The Foundation for Regenerative Medicine is an independent non-profit organization that is neither controlled nor under the influence of any of its donors. The Foundation provides assistance to patients based on consistent objective criteria in accordance with applicable laws. The Foundation is a Research and co-payment assistance organization operating within a complex framework of regulations that govern the healthcare industry. The standards set by the Advisory Opinion of the Office of Inspector General (OIG) are that the Foundation for Regenerative Medicine must meet and stay within compliance of the applicable laws. As stated by the OIG, the Foundation may not disclose the identity of the donors to ensure the best interest of our patients and so that we can operate independently. The Foundation for Regenerative Medicine has assisted many patients that could not have been treated for medical conditions not covered by medical insurances.
